The new boxer shorts aren’t quite to your liking? The tanktop is a bit on the small side? No problem – ordering with us is completely risk-free. In the unlikely event that something doesn’t quite come up to your expectations, you can simply return it to us within 30 days – we even bear the shipping costs within Germany. 1. Pack the returnable items carefully and place them back in the shipping carton.
2. If possible, fill in the return slip (download here).
3. Place the return slip inside the package and seal the latter with adhesive tape.

Alternatively, apply sufficient postage to the package and send it to our Returns Department:
If you wish to receive the article in a different size or colour, please place a new order with our online shop. That way you will be able to tell whether the desired article is still available. Please do not include a new order with your returned goods package, as the requested article could be out of stock.
How and when do I get back my money?
As soon as we receive the return consignment, we check the condition of the goods and then send you a refund without delay. The exact procedure varies depending on the method of payment:
• In the case of payment by PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. You are free to specify in your PayPal customer account whether you wish to receive a credit note for your next PayPal purchase or have the refund paid into your bank account.
• If you have opted to pay by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. The amount credited will automatically be shown on your next credit card statement.
• When paying with Amazon Pay, the purchase price will be refunded to your means of payment deposited there.
• In the case of iDeal, the refund will be transferred to the bank account from which payment has been made.
